The life and passion of Ivan Agostinetto are aimed at producing authentic, characteristic and representative wines of the terroir of origin. Ivan intimately knows his vineyards and his territory, and it is from this love that his Brut was born. Ivan Agostinetto's Brut is obtained with the Charmat method (or Martinotti method) in which the wine is fermented in an autoclave, i.e. inside hermetically sealed stainless steel tanks, to create the bubbles, but also to donate to the wine a fruity and floral scent that tickles the palate. Fresh and easy to drink, it is a Brut to be consumed during a joyful aperitif with friends.
This wine goes well with appetizers, stuffed buns, white meat or fish dishes, hard and semi-hard (or goat) cheeses and desserts.
In the glass it shows a straw yellow color with some greenish reflections; the perlage is moderately fine and persistent. It spreads floral and fruity aromas, very delicate and light at the nose. Tasting is lively, smooth and well balanced.
